Cari Dominguez

Cari Dominguez is a Corporate Director of Manpower, Inc. and the Calvert SAGE Fund. She is the former Chair of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). As the chief executive officer of the five-member Commission, she led and directed all policy matters and operational aspects of an agency with a budget of $325 million and fifty-three offices throughout the United States.Ms. Dominguez has also served in the U.S. Department of Labor in roles including Assistant Secretary of Labor for Employment Standards and the Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
