Regarded as one of the leading experts on the analysis of equal employment opportunity issues, Dr. Thomas is a noted authority on compensation gender equity, the quantitative analysis of discrimination, and the mathematical examination of employment practices in the workplace.

Since 1999, Dr. Thomas has provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies, privately held businesses, major law firms and federal and state agencies such as the Department of Justice and the FBI. She has testified as an economic and statistical expert in mediation, arbitration and in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

She frequently speaks to legal groups, industry organizations and the media on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance, pay equity and employment discrimination litigation avoidance. She was a featured guest on a National Public Radio broadcast discussing the gender wage gap and the Paycheck Fairness Act.

Dr. Thomas is the CEO of Thomas Econometrics and is the host of The Proactive Employer podcast, the leading weekly broadcast dedicated to EEO compliance and litigation avoidance.

 

 

Gabrielle_ErwayGabrielle Erway is the Director of Client Services at Thomas Econometrics. 

Gabrielle is a diversified professional with experience in Human Resources, Client Services, Marketing and Public Relations. She has a rich history in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Thomas Econometrics, Gabrielle worked in Fund Development at Catholic Charities of Chemung & Schuyler Counties, and served as a public relations specialist at Guthrie Research Institute.

In addition to contributing to our blog and newsletter, Gabrielle works on our client education programs, keeping our clients abreast of new developments in EEO compliance and employment law. She also serves as a liaison to our clients, providing assistance with billing, scheduling and project management, ensuring clients receive the best possible service.
