In this installment, we'll be discussing the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) with Jonathan Hyman. We'll talk about the original 1990 ADA, the recent amendments (ADAAA), provide information on what employers need to know about accommodation, and talk about the "Battle of Accommodations" using a real-life example of a conflict between one employee's use of a service dog and another employee's dog allergies.
