In this installment, we will be discussing FLSA and the fluctuating work week with Richard Tuschmann. We'll be discussing how to implement the fluctuating work week, how it can make a substantial difference in damages amounts in the event of misclassification litigation, and touch on proper classification of employees as exempt / non-exempt.
