In this installment, we close out 'Compensation Month' with a discussion of the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act and compensation document creation and retention. Our guest for this installment is Philip Miles, an attorney with McQuaide Blasko. We discuss how the Ledbetter Fair Pay Act has affected recordkeeping and document creation and retention. In addition to the "standard" compensation documents, other documents that must be created and retained include performance evaluations, performance metrics, and industry statistics used to evaluate compensation increases.
