February 26, 2010 Reductions in Force and Statistics

In this installment, we discuss the use of statistics in reductions in force with guest Jonathan Hyman. Mr. Hyman is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Group of Kohrman Jackson & Krantz. He primarily concentrates his practice in the representation of companies in employment disputes, including litigation with terminated employees and disputes over trade secrets and non-competition agreements. Complementing his litigation practice, Mr. Hyman also extensively advises individuals and companies on a wide-range of employment, human relations, and litigation issues.
