September 30, 2011: The Business Case for Proactive EEO Compliance

Taking a proactive stance on equal employment opportunity compliance is critical for businesses to succeed in the 21st Century. Too often we only think about EEO compliance after the fact - when a complaint is filed with the EEOC, when we receive a scheduling letter from the OFCCP, when litigation is commenced.
